Dear Francis,
We hope all is well with you
and yours.
We have finally declared the
project complete. The pictures were taken in late June and early
July. We put down 1500 feet of sod after we hand graded the
front yard. We also used up the bluestone from the walkway to
construct the patio. Today, it is difficult to determine that any
disruption took place. The reason this message is so late is that
our youngest daughter was married on 17 July and we have had a few
distractions.
We can not express in words how
much we have enjoyed the sunroom. Laurie has always had to go
tanning to survive the gloomy months but this past winter she never had
the urge. The room is warm and bright and is our refuge from the
"real" world. It is our true "living" room. Countless
evenings we have awakened to discover that we are not in a warm,
comfortable bed but in your creation. Hope that's not a sign of
growing old... The craftsmanship and artistry that you left with
us is truly appreciated and enjoyed. The room has been very
comfortable on the few hot and sunny days we have had this summer
season.
We hope these pictures reflect
adequately your skills and our appreciation.
Thank you so much for providing
this refuge for us.
Best wishes, heart felt thanks,
and best regards.
Dave and Laurie King
